Want to have your name after time in task bar

Here is the trick goes like this ::

Click start ->
        control panel ->
                regional and language option ->

Click on customize -> (in windows 7 click on additional settings)
                 go to Time ->
                        change AM & PM symbol to your name ->
                                                      apply -> ok

If doesn't  change open your watch click on arrow and it will show your name -> apply -> ok
